Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of QuoteCue at quotecue.online. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

QuoteCue is a business tool for recording customers and quotes, planning follow-ups, tracking outcomes, and reviewing related activity. QuoteCue does not send customer communications automatically unless a feature clearly states otherwise. You remain responsible for your communications, quotes, prices, taxes, contracts, and business decisions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Your data and permissions

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give QuoteCue a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right and a lawful basis to submit personal data about customers and other people.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use QuoteCue to break the law; infringe another person’s rights; upload malicious code; send spam or deceptive communications; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt or overload the service; reverse engineer the service except where law permits it; resell access without permission; or store unlawful, highly sensitive, or payment-card data in free-text fields.

5. Trial, subscriptions, and billing

Paid features may begin with a 7-day trial as shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription starts automatically and Stripe charges the payment method provided. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Current prices, currency, taxes, billing interval, and any trial are shown before purchase and in Stripe’s checkout or customer portal.

You authorise Stripe to process recurring charges. We may change prices for future billing periods by giving reasonable notice. If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or suspended.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep QuoteCue reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We may add, change, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces paid core functionality, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using QuoteCue at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, or misuse the service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may request account deletion at support@quotecue.online.

9. Intellectual property

QuoteCue, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.

10. Disclaimers

QuoteCue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is an organisational tool, not legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that using QuoteCue will result in a sale, payment, or successful customer outcome.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteCue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss caused by your content, customer communications, third-party services, or unauthorised account use. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to QuoteCue during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Bulgaria will handle disputes, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. For material changes, we may also provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
